UBX’s Smart Thermostat solution enables reduced heating and cooling costs and it’s ease of use and Smart Portfolio multiple building batch controls optimize the time and effort used to manage your buildings. The thermostat is compatible with a wide range of commercial HVAC, VRF, and Ventacity Ventilation systems, and offers both 3-wire and 5- wire control capabilities. You can securely improve your energy efficiency with schedules and heating and cooling based on occupancy, outside temperatures, local weather forecasts, and time of day energy costs

Works With All HVAC Equipment

The UBX Smart Thermostat manages standard 3-wire and 5-wire HVAC systems, heat pumps, AC, boilers, furnaces, AHU, PTAC devices, as well as more advanced VRF and Ventacity Ventilator systems. The LoRaWAN wireless thermostat devices deliver range, security, and reliability not available with Wi-Fi based solutions.

System settings can be controlled from any web browser or mobile device, giving you the ultimate control of your energy usage.

Real-time and unlimited historical temperature data enables you to compare energy use over time and across your building portfolio, tune your thermostat schedules, and perform preventative maintenance. Built in email and SMS alarms provide early notification of temperatures out of range due to HVAC issues or human factors, enabling you to take immediate action. Use the built-in reports to support your KPI goals and meet compliance reporting requirements.
